Combine with organic matter to make your own potting mix.
For universal houseplant soil Mix 1 part Rootscape to 2 Parts Compost or Standard Houseplant Potting Mix*
*as a guide only - experiment with different mixes for different plants. Note Rootscape is not intended as stand-alone substrate - it should be mixed with a nutrient rich compost or other organic matter before use with most species.
It can be combined with potting soil / houseplant potting mix / all-purpose compost / coir with nutrients or humus.
Makes your standard compost go further and vastly improves structure & growing conditions.
Top Dressing / Mulch - Can also be used to scatter around plants as a beneficial top layer & increase humidity.
Tips: Best Used in combination with a sterilised compost for indoor plants - something with good nutrients is best - feed plants every few weeks after the 1st 3 months of planting during the growing season with a dedicated plant food. Always use pots with drainage holes where possible - never over water - research the light, humidity and temperature needs of the plants you grow and position them accordingly.
